Our facilities are home to CAM and CADCAM machines, which enable us to accurately transcribe a design for use with our CNC punching, bending or pressing machinery.

Our range of techniques mean that even the most complex shapes, curvatures and angles can be accurately produced and finished on both large and small-scale production runs.  Because we have access to a range of high-end machinery and skills, we are able to produce stamped metal parts from a range of metals including aluminium, stainless steel, beryllium copper, brass and titanium.

Consistency, accuracy and repeatability

Once designs have been entered into the CNC machine, stamped metal runs are automated and quick; the accuracy pf the production process means that machined parts will fit accurately into the assembly process without unnecessary stoppage time or wastage.  As such, stamped metal detailing is often the best choice for mass production, allowing for accuracy and efficiency on the production line. It is also often a good solution for clients seeking one-off productions or prototypes, as stamped metal doesn’t involve other processes and costs that fundamental to other production processes.
