Avantus Aerospace welcomes Jennifer (Jenn) Adams, who joins our Team as the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for all human resource matters, for our Global Group.

Jenn joins us with significant experience in leading human resources for multiple Aerospace and Defense organizations, most recently from Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC), where for the last six years, her leadership, dedication and experience led to her being tapped for roles expanding in increased responsibility, serving as a multi-site HR Leader for the past 3 years.  Prior to joining PCC, Jenn also held HR leadership roles of increased responsibility within Honeywell.

Jenn’s support of business growth is admirable, but it’s her passion for supporting team member growth that has distinguished her career, making Avantus a fortunate organization to have Jenn within our ranks.
